I went to Sushiro with my family. It is a sushi bar where customers select their food from a revolving conveyor belt. I don' t like raw fishes, so I ate omelet, ship of imitation crab meat, deep-fried shrimp on the rice, chawan-mushi, a dish of shaved ice flavored with syrup and two sweet potato cakes. Chawan-mushi is a custard-like dish containing shrimp, boiled fish paste, an adductor muscle in a shellfish and more.
We had eaten our fill, so we didn' t eat birthday cake that day. But, we ate it on May 20th. I made decorations on this cake. And, I drew his portrait. My young brother was glad. I felt so happy.
